At Hayes Edu, we strive to ensure satisfaction with every course you purchase. However, due to the nature of digital products, our return and refund policy is as follows:

1. Digital Course Purchases

All courses purchased through https://hayesedu.com are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, as digital content cannot be returned.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund only if:

  • You purchased the wrong course by mistake and have not accessed it yet.
  • There was a technical issue preventing course access, and our support team could not resolve it.
    Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Email address used for the purchase
  • Course name
  • Reason for the refund request

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Exceptions

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Completed or partially completed courses.
  • Promotional or discounted course purchases.
  • Subscription or membership plans after the billing cycle has started.
